How it Works
Your personalized service starts when you contact me. I sit down with you and discuss your specific gardening needs after a detailed one-on-one walk through your site with you. This typically takes an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the size of the property. For this service there is a one time charge of $300. If it takes longer for the initial consultation, there is no extra charge.

Although some of my clients like to take notes, many have found it easier for me to supply them with a written report after the event. This report details plant lists, suggestions, pictures and anything else covered in the initial visit. It follows the chronological order in which the visit took place to make it easier to remember topics covered. The report consists of two entities – a written report which may be followed along with a picture presentation of the topics discussed. As this report is extremely detailed and labour intensive, there is a $300 fee over and above the initial visit fee of $300.

Your garden coaching one-time fee includes any further email or telephone support you require for as long as you live in your current residence. Follow-up visits on-site are $50 per hour.

If a garden design is what you are looking for, there is no fee for the initial visit, after which a proposal will be given to you detailing the work involved and what it will cost. A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of the design proposal. Further visits will involve taking detailed measurements and sharing the design process with you. Your service doesn’t end with a completed design. My clients receive personalized backup service by phone or email.
